---Question: Youre marriage is headed to divorce how do you settle property, child cusdosty, divorce cost?
Answer: PROPERTY: Depending on who worked and who didn't or who made more more is how I'd settle the property. The person who didn't work would have to find a new place to live because they aren't going to have enough money to keep the propery anyway, or he person who made more money could find a different place to live because it'd be easier for them then the person that didn't make as much money. CHILD CUSTODY: I'd do joint custody and work out a system that wouldn't hurt the kid/kids or the spouse. Joint custody makes it easier on everyone in the problem. DIVORCE COST: I'd probably make the person divorceing me pay for it all because they're the one that wants a divorce in the first place, and if it was that both people wanted a divorce I'd split the cost.
